As consulting professionals, we believe in and accept the responsibilities and obligations inherent in providing well-informed guidance and direction to our clients. 

Basic to these ethical beliefs, we afree to abide by and support the following objectives:

  1. TO SERVE our clients with integrity, competence, independence, objectivity and professionalism.
  2. TO AVOID conflicts of interest and to disclose to the client circumstances that might influence our objectivity.
  3. TO ESTABLISH mutual and realistic expectations of the benefits, results, and costs of our services with our clients prior to entering any agreement.
  4. TO REFUSE payments or benefits from third parties related to recommendations made to our clients and will disclose in advance any financial interests in goods or services that form part of such recommendations.
  5. TO KEEP informed regarding public policies and other essential information which affect our business interests and those of our clients.
  6. TO SEEK to resolve any controversy which we may become involved in through a non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism.
  7. TO PROTECT the best interests of the client by recommending only products, services, and processes that best fit their business situation and objectives.
  8. TO TREAT all client information that is not public knowledge as confidential.
  9. TO ACCEPT only engagements which we have the expertise to perform.

As consulting professionals, we assume the full responsibilities of this Code of Ethics freely, and are solemnly mindful that these responsibilities are a part of our obligation as a professional consulting firm.
