We also may not be able to fulfill your request if we (or our service providers) are required to retain your personal information for one or more of the following reasons:
- Transactional – used for completing a transaction where your information was collected in order to provide a good or service at your request or to perform on a contract we have with you;
- Security – used to detect security incidents and report them to users who have the potential to be effected;
- Error Correction – to debug or repair errors;
- Legal – to protect against fraud or illegal activity or to comply with application laws or legal obligations, or to exercise rights under the law, such as the right to free speech; or

You need not be physically present in California to exercise this right provided that you have a current California residence that can be verified.

Our Responsibilities
The ARM Companies take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell your personal information.
California law broadly defines “sale” in a way that may include allowing third parties to receive certain information such as cookies, IP address and/or browsing behavior to add to a profile about your device, browser, or you. This profile enables delivery of interest-based advertising on other sites as well as analytics information on the demographics of users who visit our websites.
We share data among The ARM Companies’ business units. This helps us bring information we think is relevant to our clients and potential clients, as well as enables us to offer discounts and incentives to clients from our other services.
We have created this page and request process in order to comply with California law, however, we are not required to take any action in response to your request.
Business Exemption
Our decision to comply, or not comply, with any request you have made or will make on this website is completely voluntary on our part.
To be required to follow the processes and procedures spelled out in the CCPA (CPRA) a business must meet one of the following criteria:
- Have gross revenues of at least $25,000,000 per year
- Buy, sell, receive for commercial purposes and/or share for commercial purposes personal information from at least 100,000 California consumers or households
- Earn at least half of gross revenues per year from selling or sharing California consumers’ personal information.
The ARM Companies, and affiliated business units, do not currently meet the criteria spelled out in the CCPA (CPRA) which would require our acknowledgement of, action based on, or compliance with any requests made by You or an authorized agent as detailed above acting on your behalf.
However, we are not taking any action to prevent you from making such a request, if you so choose, with the understanding that it may not be honored or result in any response from Us.
